Corner connector – Click Rail

What is the Click Rail corner connector?

The corner connector gives your Click Rail a neat finish when the rail continues around a corner. It joins the ends of two rail lengths and covers the exposed aluminium edges, so the rail looks like one continuous system.

When would I use one?

If your Click Rail runs along one wall and stops, you can finish the exposed end with an end cap. If the rail continues onto the next wall, use a corner connector where the two lengths meet.

It works for both internal corners, where two walls meet inside a room, and external corners, where the rail wraps around a projecting corner. This is especially useful when you’re running the rail just below a cornice and want it to follow the room neatly.

How does it fit?

Position the corner connector between the two rail lengths, then push each rail end onto its side of the connector. The illustration shows the direction the rails move. No special tools are needed to fit the connector itself.

Can I paint it?

Yes. If you’re painting your Click Rail to match your wall or cornice (the Click Rail Rail White Primer can be painted), you can paint the corner connector too. Use a primer and paint suitable for plastic, and follow the paint manufacturer’s preparation instructions.
