Click & Connect Click Rail

The Click & Connect clip is the fixing that holds your Click Rail securely against the wall. Once the clips are in place, the rail clicks onto them, leaving the fixings hidden behind it. This clip is made for Click Rail; Click Rail Pro uses a different Click & Connect clip.

How many clips do I need?

Allow three Click & Connect clips per metre:

• 2 m Click Rail: 6 clips
• 3 m Click Rail: 9 clips

If you’re joining two lengths of rail, position a clip behind the join so both rail ends are supported.

How do I install them?

Start by marking a straight line for the clips. You can hold the rail against the wall and draw a light pencil line, or use a laser or chalk line. Taking a little care here makes it much easier to get a neat, straight run of rail.

Secure each clip with fixings suited to your wall. If you can locate a timber stud or batten, fix into it where possible. For other positions, choose appropriate wall plugs and screws so the clips have a sound fixing.

Once all the clips are firmly attached, press the Click Rail onto them. A firm tap with your fist or a rubber mallet will help it click into place. Finally, stand close to the wall and look up along the underside of the rail to check that it sits tightly on every clip.
