Using a picture hanging system is a modern and durable way to display paintings, frames, and other wall decorations in museums, galleries, exhibition halls, classrooms, office buildings, or your home. Sometimes, small or light frames can tilt forward when using these systems. While many museums don’t find this obstructive, it can be a different story at home or in the office. Artiteq has developed the Tilt Reducer to address this issue. The Tilt Reducer ensures that frames and paintings hung on a picture hanging system stay flat against the wall without tilting forward.

Achieve Perfect Alignment with Adjustable Rill Lines!

The Tilt Reducer’s different rill lines allow for easy correction of the hanging wire. It is attached to the top of a wooden frame, either individually or as a pair, aligned with the hook or hooks’ hanging points. The Tilt Reducer works best on frames with a backing at least 10mm high and 12mm thick.

By attaching the Tilt Reducer to the top of the frame, it positions the hanging wire closer to the wall, ensuring the frame hangs flatter. The Tilt Reducer is compatible with both 1mm and 2mm thick hanging wires.
